How to Join APEX Event Network

APEX Event Network is a membership-reviewed application process for individual event professionals with a minimum of 18 years of combined experience directly in the events, exhibitions, meetings, and experiential sectors and businesses that support the events marketplace, including suppliers, tech companies, hotels and venues, destinations, media, and others.

All applications are reviewed against a set of criteria, and you will be notified of acceptance into APEX Event Network via email notification.

APEX is accepting applications now for the initial membership term beginning October 1, 2026 and running through December 31, 2027 (i.e., if you join on 10/15/26, you will receive 14 ½ months of membership). The inaugural individual membership rate is $79 for applications submitted by December 15, 2026.

The membership fee is not due until acceptance of your application. You will receive an email notification of your acceptance with a link to pay the membership fee, which will be due immediately upon acceptance. Membership renewals will run January 1^st to December 31^st.

Applications received after December 15, 2026 will fall into the 12-month membership term of January 1^st to December 31^st, with the membership rate prorated based on when an individual joins in the year. 2027 individual membership rates will be published soon.
